We, unexpectedly, needed to move out of CA in 2021 (such a bummer because we really loved our newly renovated/designed home). The buyer of our home, however, paid over asking price AND bought about 80% of our furnishing too (for additional monies), which I felt was also a ringing endorsement of Holly’s work.
We did a full kitchen remodel as well as 2 baths and a powder room (replacing all cabinetry, increasing ceiling height in the kitchen, and some “pony wall” removal, etc.). While I worked with the general contractor and sub-contractors to do the work itself, Holly created the design through and through.
I switched from a warm color palette to a cool color palette in every room and with every piece of furniture & finishing (including matting and reframing art that we already owned).
In addition to being a designer, Holly is also an incredible artist. She created unique pieces for wall placement in key areas throughout our home (all custom art pieces were selected by the designer we engaged in our new home in South Carolina…a ringing endorsement to its quality in my opinion!).
Beyond the creativity side of things, Holly was also a great partner in managing “costs to budget” (which in my work with previous designers was challenging to say the least!).
So, it is without hesitation that I recommend Holly as an interior designer.
